West coaster here...WISH I could have waited to watch the live show b-4 hearing the results...but as usual I'm LAME...and couldn't wait! Sounds like Erika got the "rath"....I'll decide if I feel bad for her after I see the show....but doubt I will!!
Janie is the real winner... She will go home with more money than erika,Wonder how it feels to back stab , have to spend those final days with Boogie then come in third place money wise.... Loved the show
Ok...anon Westcoaster here checking back in....and YES I DO feel a bit bad for Erika (even tho my 12 yr old reminded me of all the HATEFUL things I've said about her all season long)....***parent shrugs in shame****...but overall I'm glad Boogie won I guess....it was a let down overall..wish there was more time devoted to Janie's AC!!!
Jackie, Do you know exactly where the sequestor house was in the Palm Springs area, and where exactly was the bar they escaped to? I live in Palm Desert and have heard nothing since the "Great Escape".

I guess I'm glad he won over Erika. We all know who the final two should have been.
Did anyone else notice how when Erika came out of the house that she really didn't have anyone super excited to see her? She kind of faded into the background. It was kinda sad and pityful.

I am confused HELP BB7DISH!!! How did Janelle get more money than Erika when Erika got $50K? I don't get it???
1st place: $500,000 & no stripend
2nd place: $50,000 & no stripend
Janelle: $25,000 + $30,000 stripend
Jury: $30,000 stripend
I feel a little sorry about what CBS did to Erika on the finale show but you know what-she's the one who put herself in that position. She gave Boogie & CBS the amunition to use against her. Plus, the way she talked about Janelle through the whole show & especially after Janelle left, she got what was coming to her.
I once read an article about what the payouts for Big Brother contestants were but can't recall what they were, does anyone know?
ok.. Well, with th exception of 1st and 2nd place, who receive prize money and no stipend, the Houseguests all receive a stipend of $4,000/week for being in the house, and $5,000/week for being in sequester. When you do the math, you come up with the following for Janelle:
9wks x 4,000 = 36,000
1 wk x 5,000 = 5,000
Prize Money = 25,000
TOTAL = $66,000
over Erika's 50k, which, if you really wanna get into the nitty gritty is even less, because in terms of taxes, it's all prize money, and not earned income, like the stipend money...
